I'm so happy that I picked Hustead's to replace the bumper of my vehicle after getting rear ended!! I just shouldn't have put it off so long. Cory and his team made the process so quick and easy for me. After receiving the part, the car was in and out in just one day, they fully communicated the stages of repair via text, and the finished work really looks terrific. They even surprised me by doing some complimentary work on my front bumper that I had damaged in a car wash. That was truly above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it! Don't hesitate to bring your car here for body work. They are fair, consistent, and do wonderful work. I'm very happy to provide them a stellar recommendation!! ~ Footster G

This shop is the best ever I have been to and entrusted my car, Merz Benz, for the service requested and needed. They are consummate professionals with expertise. Eunice is amazing and so patient even though I called frequently with all my questions and to check on status... The shop is clean and well organized not that anything is wrong with a grease monkey type of joint. From the moment I dropped off my car until I picked it up, I received timely communication updates via text and their online tracking system. I even got my car back at least 24 hrs sooner than was projected which saved me from driving a POS rental. While I hope you nor I are involved in motor vehicle accidents, go to Hustead's in Pleasant Hill for all repairs and shop work. Support this shop. You will NOT regret it. I had the pleasure of working with Husteads Auto Body of Pleasant Hill recently and want to share my experience. I had driven by this establishment for years but had not needed body and paint work until just recently. My initial experience in their office was with Brooke, Manny, and later, Eunice. They were professional, kind and very helpful in providing me the information I needed to work with my insurance company as well as the details of the job. I dropped my car off early in the week and it was ready for pick up by Thursday. Manny and Brooke did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the status of the repair work and the repair itself was done with care and to the highest standards. My experience with Husteads in Pleasant Hill couldn't have been better and exceeded my expectations! I would highly recommend and I will definitely return in the future. I found out this place from nextdoor first. It wasn't an ads but an appreciation post with strong recommendation. And there were like 3~40 comments praising the place. Thought it was really strange to see the fandom for a car repair center. Later, I had to fix my X5's front bumper and tried to find the post. I went there without saying much but the maximum quote they gave me was already fair enough. And the final cost was actually less since they only charged the time it took to fix the issue. I have never seen a shop like this. Now I understand why people praised the place so much. ~ Haebin N

After a transport company damaged my rear bumper and Carbon Fiber trunk I took my CTSV in for repair. They did such a good job at a fair price that I had them also respray the front bumper as it had lots of rock chips and have since brought them my daily for paint work. They even helped when I was having fitment issues with that crazy diffuser to help me get it sorted out. Best auto body shop around and could recommend them more!!! Thanks guys. ~ Daniel M

I had a young kid rear end me at a crosswalk and he damaged my bumper pretty bad. I took my car to PHCRC and Corey wrote me up an estimate and explained how he would handle most of the correspondence with the insurance company. Everything he said, he did. When a truck smashed into my son's car many months ago, he used this place for repairs. We were happy with their work. Yesterday an electric window stopped working (totally unrelated to the previous crash), so I called to see if they could fix it. No problem. It took them only a few hours. Great service. When your 18 year rear ends someone, who you gonna call? These guys that's who...especially if you don't want your insurance to rise 300%. Met Aaron, the owner and he immediately put everyone at ease that their car was going to fixed up. And the car turned out perfect...great work, on time and on budget. Came in for a minor repair and this shop really took care of me. I had a dent on my commuter that was pinching my passenger side door shut. They fixed it for me in less than an hour and sent me on my way at no charge. Everybody was super nice and the shop was very clean and professional. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I do I’ll be back. ~ Mark P
